Terms of Service (LiveOstad)

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to use LiveOstad. By using the Service, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login details.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You agree to provide accurate information and keep it updated.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service Description (Important)

LiveOstad provides a tool to help you create and manage live streams using video links you provide and streaming destinations you configure.

We Do Not Host Your Videos

• LiveOstad does not upload, host, or permanently store your video files.
• You provide video links/URLs (e.g., Google Drive, Dropbox, CDN, or direct video URL).
• You are responsible for ensuring your links remain accessible and properly permissioned during streaming.

Third-Party Platforms

Your streams may be delivered to third-party platforms (e.g., YouTube, Facebook). Those platforms have their own terms and policies. You are responsible for complying with them.

User Responsibilities

You agree that you will:

• Provide video links you own or have permission to use
• Keep your video links accessible during streaming
• Use valid stream keys for destinations
• Comply with applicable laws and third-party platform rules
• Not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt it

Prohibited Uses

You may not use LiveOstad to:

• Stream copyrighted content without permission
• Stream content that violates YouTube/Facebook policies
• Stream illegal, abusive, harassing, hateful, or harmful material
• Attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or hacking
• Introduce malware, spam, or disruptive activity
• Use the Service for fraudulent activity or to evade enforcement

We may remove access, suspend streams, or terminate accounts for violations.

Stream Keys & Security

• Stream keys are sensitive credentials. You are responsible for keeping them confidential.
• If you believe your stream key is compromised, rotate it on the destination platform and update it in LiveOstad.
• We may mask stream keys in the dashboard where possible, but you remain responsible for key security.

Plans, Billing & Payments

LiveOstad offers subscription plans (e.g., 24-hour, monthly, annual) as shown on the pricing page.

Billing

• Prices are displayed before purchase.
• Taxes (if applicable) may be added based on your location.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details.

Auto-Renewal (If Applicable)

If your plan renews automatically, you authorize us (through the payment provider) to charge your payment method at each renewal unless you cancel.

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund already-paid amounts unless required by law or stated in a written refund policy.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated on the checkout page or required by law:

• All sales are final and non-refundable once the subscription period starts.
• If you experience a technical issue caused by LiveOstad that prevents normal use, you may contact support for review at support@liveostad.com.

Service Availability & Changes

We aim to keep LiveOstad available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. The Service may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.

Intellectual Property

LiveOstad and its software, branding, and content are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service unless explicitly permitted in writing.

Your Content & Rights

You retain ownership of your content. By using the Service, you grant us a limited right to process your provided links and streaming configuration only as needed to operate the Service.

You represent and warrant that:

• You own the content or have the rights to stream it
• Your use does not violate any law or third-party policy

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate these Terms
• We must do so to comply with law
• Your use creates risk or harm to the Service or others

You may stop using the Service at any time.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.” We make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, reliability, or uninterrupted availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law: LiveOstad will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to LiveOstad in the 30 days before the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LiveOstad from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

• Your content, links, or stream keys
• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of laws or third-party policies
• Your breach of these Terms

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of USA, without regard to conflict of law rules.
