When you access our website or dashboard, we may collect:

• Pages viewed, actions taken in the dashboard, timestamps

• Provide and operate the Service (streams, destinations, slots, and related features)

Video Links, Stream Keys, and Third-Party Platforms

Your Video Storage

LiveOstad uses the video link you provide to access your content for streaming.

• We do not upload or permanently store your video files.
• Your storage permissions and link settings are controlled by you (Google Drive/Dropbox/CDN, etc.).

Stream Keys

Stream keys are sensitive. We:

• Store stream keys in a protected manner
• Display stream keys in masked form in the dashboard where possible
• Recommend you keep your keys private and rotate them if you suspect misuse

Third-Party Platforms

When you stream to YouTube, Facebook, or other platforms, those platforms process data under their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.

Data Retention

We retain your information as long as:

• Your account is active, or
• It is needed to provide the Service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with legal obligations.

You may request account deletion, and we will delete or anonymize data where legally permitted.

Children’s Privacy

LiveOstad is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

International Users

If you access LiveOstad from outside our operating country, your information may be processed in countries where our servers or service providers are located. By using the Service, you consent to such processing where permitted by law.
