Thank you for purchasing a subscription from LiveOstad (“we”, “us”, “our”). This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for our digital subscription services.

By purchasing or using LiveOstad, you agree to this Refund Policy.

1) Digital Service

Digital Service & Instant Access

LiveOstad provides a digital subscription service that typically becomes available immediately after purchase. Because access is delivered instantly, refunds are limited.

2) General Rule

General Rule: No Refunds

Unless required by applicable law, all payments are non-refundable once your subscription has started.

This includes:

  • 24-hour plans
  • Monthly plans
  • Annual plans
  • Renewals
  • Upgrades/downgrades (unless explicitly stated at checkout)
3) Exceptional Cases

When We May Issue a Refund (Exceptional Cases)

We may consider a refund only if all of the following apply:

  • You experienced a service-side technical issue caused by LiveOstad that prevented normal use, and
  • You contacted support within 24 hours of purchase for the 24-hour plan, or within 7 days of purchase for monthly/annual plans, and
  • Our support team verified the issue and confirmed it was not caused by:
    • Incorrect video link permissions/access
    • Invalid/incorrect stream keys
    • Third-party platform restrictions (YouTube/Facebook policy, bans, stream blocks)
    • Internet/network issues outside LiveOstad
    • User error or misconfiguration

If approved, refunds may be issued as a full refund, or a partial refund / account credit (at our discretion), depending on usage and time elapsed.

4) Not Eligible

No Refunds for These Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

  • Change of mind or no longer needing the service
  • Not using the subscription after purchase
  • Incorrect or inaccessible Google Drive/video link settings
  • Wrong stream key or destination setup
  • Content removed, link expired, or permissions changed on your storage provider
  • Third-party platform actions (YouTube/Facebook restrictions, strikes, policy enforcement)
  • Service interruptions due to maintenance or factors beyond our control
5) Cancellation

Cancellation & Renewals

You may cancel anytime to stop future renewals.

  • Canceling does not refund the current billing period.
  • Your access remains active until the end of the paid period (unless otherwise stated).
6) Chargebacks

Chargebacks & Disputes

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first so we can help resolve it. Unresolved chargebacks may result in account suspension.

  • Your account email
  • Order/transaction ID
  • Plan purchased (24-hour / monthly / annual)

We typically respond within 24–72 hours.
